Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets and meet business growth objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
