lead conversion, new business generation
, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through
calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Convert incoming and outbound leads into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Communicate product details, pricing, and value propositions clearly and politely in
English or Hindi.
Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned
sales targets
on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Track and improve
lead conversion ratios.
Conduct
occasional field visits
for client meetings, distributor onboarding, or trade-related activities (if required)
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and orders in Excel or CRM or sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Gather market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
