highly driven and self motivated follows systems and processes thoroughly follows instructions given has a bike/car of their own has good communication skills within the organisation and with customers can build good relations with clients over time by understanding their problems and providing implementable solutions is sincere towards the job well-disciplined speaks english, konkani, hindi and marathi fluently
