Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesman to join our digital store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales of digital products and accessories and ensuring an excellent shopping experience both in-store and online support (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Promote and sell digital products, gadgets, mobile devices, accessories and related services. Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly to customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management. Maintain proper product display, stock levels, and store cleanliness. Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support politely and effectively. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital products, trends and technologies. Assist in billing, processing payments, and managing receipts. Contribute to store promotions, campaigns, and upselling activities. Report sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in digital/electronic products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first attitude with good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic technical knowledge of mobiles, laptops, gadgets and accessories. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays or shifts if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
