We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to drive enrollment and partnerships for our Netlink Training Courses. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education sales, training course promotions, student counselling, and college tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Netlink's training and internship programs
to students, graduates, and working professionals
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs)
for empanelment and collaboration.
Conduct
career counselling sessions,
seminars, and workshops to promote Training programs
.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for student outreach and lead generation through online and offline channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
Coordinate with internal training teams to align sales goals with program schedules and updates.
Prepare reports and maintain CRM records for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2-3 years of experience in
education sales, training course sales, or student counseling
.
Strong network with
colleges, institutes, and training centers will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
Familiarity with IT technologies or tech training domains preferred.
