Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
Report sales progress, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
