Job Description

Lead and Manage Sales Team:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

Develop Sales Strategies:

Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Monitor Market Trends:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Build Client Relationships:

Nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

Negotiate Deals:

Assist agents in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients and the company.

Sales Performance Management:

Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create effective sales campaigns and ensure smooth operations.
