We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong exposure to General Physician (GP) marketing and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent doctor-networking skills and a proven sales track record in diagnostics, hospital promotion, or pharma sales.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and build strong relationships with General Physicians (GPs) in the assigned territory.
Conduct daily field visits to doctors, clinics, and medical professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Promote diagnostic services/products and generate prescriptions or referrals.
Maintain excellent understanding of GP work patterns, requirements, and practice behaviour.
Manage territory effectively with proper planning and reporting.
Handle pressure situations and deliver results within deadlines.
Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-up.
Provide daily updates, MIS, and sales reports.
Required Skills & Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in GP marketing (mandatory).
Well-known and well-connected with GPs in the assigned area.
Proven sales track record in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital promotion, or pharma.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
Must understand the healthcare industry and doctor behaviour very well.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Any field).
Experience: 3-5 years in GP marketing / Diagnostics / Pharma / Hospital promotion.
Should already have strong doctor contacts in the territory.
Two-wheeler preferred for field movement.
