Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Sales Manager to expand our beverage business within the Food Service sector. The role involves driving sales across QSR chains, cafes, bakeries, institutional buyers, and HoReCa accounts for our mass-market beverages. This is an opportunity to build a category from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa.
Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs, cafe chains, bakeries, and institutional customers.
Achieve sales targets through direct selling, distributor management, and key account handling.
Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation ? pitching ? negotiation ? closure ? post-sale service.
Track market trends, competition, and pricing to develop informed go-to-market strategies.
Represent the brand at product tastings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
