We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/ Manager to spearhead our sales operations for Dates across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent market knowledge, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive B2B and B2C sales of Dates across assigned regions in India
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
2-4 years of proven sales experience in Dates
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively across regions
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
