We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Sales Executive & manager
with 2-8 years of experience in the
automobile JCB commercial vehicle industry
. The role involves visiting customers and markets to generate inquiries, promote products, and achieve sales targets for commercial vehicles such as
JCB BHL, HL, Excavators, EDX BACO and Loaders
.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, construction sites, and markets to generate new inquiries and leads.
Promote and sell commercial vehicles (JCB BHL/HL, Excavators, Loaders) to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new client networks.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/financial benefits to customers.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the service, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payment collection as required.
Represent the company in local marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering./ MBA marketing
2-3 years of experience in the Automobile industry (mandatory).
Proven track record in sales of commercial vehicles or construction equipment preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
