Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, confident, and result-driven
Sales Manager/Sales Executive
with
1+ -5 years of experience
in
hotel or hospitality sales.
If you enjoy meeting people, building genuine connections, and helping guests find the right services, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Visit clients, promote our rooms, banquets, and services, and convert leads into bookings.
Handle enquiries, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth coordination for group and corporate bookings.
Work closely with the front office, banquet, and operations team for seamless guest experiences.
Track sales targets, maintain reports, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduation is must;
Hotel/hospitality background
will be preferred.
Experience:
1-5 years in hotel sales / hospitality sales.
Must have experience in hospitality sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and a positive, professional attitude.
