Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Actively approach customers to offer assistance and engage in sales conversations. Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening. Provide detailed and accurate information about products, features, benefits, and pricing. Demonstrate product usage and functionality where applicable. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns/exchanges courteously and effectively, escalating to management when necessary. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
