Sales & Business Development

:

Identify new clients, generate leads, conduct market research, and pursue new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, provide product information, and address concerns.

Product Expertise

:

Develop deep knowledge of complex machinery, demonstrate features, and explain technical specifications to show value. Negotiation & Closing: Present solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize sales contracts.

After-Sales Support

: Arrange installation, provide training, offer troubleshooting, and manage spare parts/repairs.

Strategy & Reporting

:

Develop sales plans, meet targets, analyze sales data, and report to management. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
