Job Brief
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of industrial chillers and refrigeration products across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers (Retail chains, supermarkets, Dealers)
Identify potential clients and establish new business opportunities in assigned territory for refrigeration / cold-room / retail cooling solutions.
Manage dealer networks: assist with onboarding, training, support, and growth of distributor / dealer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions ?
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies ?
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations ?
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate internally with engineering, installation, service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Monitor market trends, collect competitor intelligence, pricing and product? information, and submit regular reports to Sales Manager.
Maintain Excel records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders and follow-up status.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Must have 1-3 years of sales experience in cold-room / Retail Refrigeration Industry or related HVAC
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, cold-room applications, retail display cabinets or cooling solutions is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with technical & commercial stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in English and local languages
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel within territory (client visits, dealer meetings) and work in a target driven environment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
