Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets, leading and motivating the sales team, and developing new business opportunities. The role involves building strong customer and franchise relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring timely reporting and revenue collection. The Sales Manager also collaborates with marketing for promotional activities, maintains brand standards, and ensures smooth operations to drive overall business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Setting sales goals

: Sales executives are responsible for helping the business meet and exceed its sales targets. They create strategies to stay on track and motivate their team to achieve these goals.

Building relationships

: Sales executives are the primary point of contact between the business and its customers. They establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Identifying sales opportunities

: Sales executives prospect for new business, cold call potential clients, and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
