Responsible for generating leads, visiting sites, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations, and closing sales for residential and commercial glass fitting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through site visits, builder/contractor networks, architects, and retail inquiries.
Visit customer sites to assess requirements and take basic measurements.
Explain product options--toughened glass, hardware, fittings, sliding systems, finishes, etc.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
Coordinate with measurement, fabrication, and installation teams.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
1-4 years
sales experience in glass, hardware, interiors, building materials, or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical details and on-site requirements.
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp.
