Sales Executives
to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for solar energy solutions.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable proposals.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements
Qualification:
Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Electrical or Electronics background preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in
sales or marketing
(experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy sectors preferred).
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Willingness to travel
for client meetings and fieldwork.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
