Role Summary:
We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented
Sales Executives (Male)
to drive business growth by promoting and selling our HMS solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and business expansion in one of India's fastest-growing technology sectors -- HealthTech.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell HMS products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Understand client needs and tailor product presentations to match operational requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to refine strategies.
Participate in promotional events, demos, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
Provide periodic sales reports and insights to management.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or Healthcare Management.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive and confident presenter.
Attributes:
Energetic, self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively; ability to meet targets under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare IT, hospital equipment, or software sales.
