Job Responsibilities :-



Drive membership sales:

Actively seek new members through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking, and convert leads into paying clients.

Conduct facility tours:

Present the gym or studio to potential members, highlighting services, benefits, and how they meet individual needs.

Lead generation:

Engage in both online and offline marketing activities, including community events and a strong social media presence, to create a pipeline of new leads.

Customer relationship management:

Follow up with leads, manage existing client relationships to encourage renewals, and perform retention activities like satisfaction calls.

Achieve sales targets:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to the overall gym's growth goals.

Stay informed:

Keep up-to-date with fitness trends, competitor offerings, and industry knowledge to inform sales strategies.

Requirements :-



Sales acumen:

Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and customer interaction.

Relationship building:

Ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients.

Tech proficiency:

Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial.

Results-oriented:

A competitive and confident attitude focused on achieving goals.

Industry knowledge:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred.
