Conduct facility tours:
Present the gym or studio to potential members, highlighting services, benefits, and how they meet individual needs.
Lead generation:
Engage in both online and offline marketing activities, including community events and a strong social media presence, to create a pipeline of new leads.
Customer relationship management:
Follow up with leads, manage existing client relationships to encourage renewals, and perform retention activities like satisfaction calls.
Achieve sales targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to the overall gym's growth goals.
Stay informed:
Keep up-to-date with fitness trends, competitor offerings, and industry knowledge to inform sales strategies.
