- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets set by management.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the stock team to manage inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred in apparel or retail).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing system handling.
