Key Responsibilities:

Visit property sites and conduct field sales activities. Meet and interact with potential clients to understand their property needs. Present available real estate listings and promote property features and benefits. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls and site visits. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Maintain good relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business. Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally. Report daily field activity and customer feedback to the team lead or manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Male candidates only

(mandatory for field work).

Two-wheeler license is mandatory

and must know how to ride a bike. 0-1 year of sales experience preferred (freshers welcome). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with field work and traveling to various property locations. A professional and well-mannered attitude is essential. Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
