Salary Details

Employment begins with a

two-week assessment period

, during which performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values will be evaluated. Final confirmation of employment will depend on the results of this assessment. During this period, either party may discontinue the relationship without notice or severance.

Upon successful completion of the assessment, the starting salary will range from

INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month

, with performance-based appraisals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Administration

Support and streamline daily business operations Maintain accurate documentation and records Perform data entry, reporting, and metric tracking Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely execution
Team Building and Training

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees Develop training materials and standard operating procedures Monitor team progress and support continuous improvement initiatives
Customer Relationship Management

Communicate with clients to gather feedback and resolve issues Maintain and update the customer relationship management system Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention
Sales Support

Track sales performance and report key performance indicators Assist in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns Support the sales team with documentation and client coordination
Meeting and Communication Management

Represent operational and client concerns in meetings Prepare and distribute meeting summaries and action points Ensure timely follow-up and completion of discussed tasks
Role Focus

Execute marketing campaigns and brand outreach Manage client communications and relationship building Track engagement metrics and support retention strategies
