The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in all outlets
Take regular orders and ensure timely collection of payments
Execute promotional activities and schemes as per company guidelines
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
Ensure proper implementation of company policies in the market
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
