Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational centers according to the outreach schedule
Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and student interaction programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community stakeholders
Collect, verify, and update student/parent information accurately in the CRM
Support offline marketing activities including brochures, posters, standees, and event setups
Build local networks and strengthen community engagement
Generate student inquiries through field visits and events
Participate in education fairs, expos, and other engagement programs
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local organizations
Share insights and feedback to improve sales and outreach performance
Coordinate follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams
Encourage student walk-ins and inquiries at learning centers
Maintain daily logs of visits, interactions, and activities
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in sales, student engagement, or offline/BTL marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field operations
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
