Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves responding to customer calls, emails, or chats, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and service issues. Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM or ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or relevant departments. Follow up to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Support marketing or sales teams during promotions or campaigns if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or support role

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Team player with a positive attitude.
