Sales Executive at Becora Developers is responsible for promoting and selling the company's luxury homes and apartment projects. The role involves identifying potential buyers, presenting property features, guiding clients through the sales process, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and engage potential buyers for residential projects through direct sales, referrals, and marketing leads.
? Present and promote Becora's properties (like SkyCity) to prospective clients, highlighting key features, amenities, and value propositions.
? Conduct site visits and property tours, ensuring a premium customer experience.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
? Understand customer needs and guide them through the entire sales process -- from inquiry to booking and final documentation.
? Collaborate with the marketing and customer relations teams to plan sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales using CRM tools or company databases.
? Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.
? Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market opportunities
