Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The role involves sales with a focus on promoting and selling villas and other residential properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with clients.

Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in real estate are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell villas and other real estate properties to potential buyers.

Conduct field visits and property site tours for clients.

Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management

Follow up with clients and assist them through the sales process.

Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.

Stay informed about property trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Experience in real estate sales or field sales is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Good knowledge of the local area and real estate market is a plus.

Two/four-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
