Plan and execute route plans to cover retail outlets and ensure product visibility and merchandising.
Monitor distributor performance including sales, stock levels, claims, and outstanding payments.
Ensure implementation of company schemes, promotions, and new product launches at distributor and retail levels.
Conduct regular market visits to track secondary sales, competitor activities, and market trends.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key market influencers.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales data, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
Drive retail expansion by adding new outlets and improving existing outlet productivity.
