As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and convert leads into clients. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and design teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with professionalism. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience in interior design and production will be an advantage.
