, requiring local travel, product demonstrations, and strong follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Mahindra tractors and farm equipment
to individual farmers, cooperatives, and agri-based businesses.
Conduct
field visits
, product demos, and customer engagement in rural areas.
Identify potential customers and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Guide customers through the financing, documentation, and registration processes.
Participate in local exhibitions, Ratha Yatras, and agri-events to promote the brand.
Coordinate with the dealership team for timely deliveries and service support.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed sales using Excel or CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th,+2 or Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture, Business, or Mechanical background is a plus).
0-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in automotive, tractors, or agri-equipment).
Good communication skills in Tamil
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office - Excel, Word).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Familiarity with local agricultural practices and geography is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned rural areas.
