Job Description

A sales executive drives company revenue by finding and converting leads into customers, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, CRM management, market research, and meeting sales targets, often requiring strong communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identifying and researching potential customers through cold calls, networking, and social media to find new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:

Scheduling and conducting meetings to present company products or services, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiating contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals and secure sales.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling.

Market Research:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement:

Working to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and contributing to overall revenue goals.

CRM & Reporting:

Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales progress, manage client data, and generate performance reports.

Internal Collaboration:

Working with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive client experience.

Brand Representation:

Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
