Position: Sale Executives / Managers

Experience:

0-4+ Years (Freshers with strong leadership potential may also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support the sales team to achieve business targets Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial and OEM customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with R&D, NPD, and production teams for customer needs Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

Skills Required:

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage teams and drive sales performance Knowledge of mechanical / industrial products is an advantage
