Job Description

A Jewelry Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in a jewelry retail environment. Key duties include assisting customers with purchases, explaining product details, maintaining a presentable showroom, and achieving sales targets. They also handle transactions, manage inventory, and address customer inquiries.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing detailed information about jewelry pieces.

Sales & Closing:

Guiding customers through the sales process, offering recommendations, and finalizing transactions.

Product Knowledge:

Staying informed about current jewelry trends, product features, and materials to effectively advise customers.

Display & Merchandising:

Ensuring the jewelry display is attractive, well-maintained, and reflects current trends.
