Job Description

We are looking for a A Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive connects affluent clients with high-value properties, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation (using creative marketing) to closing deals, requiring strong negotiation, client relationship skills (direct meetings, calls), market knowledge, and excellent customer service to ensure a seamless, high-end experience for buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals through various channels (calls, emails, direct meetings) Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury market trends, properties, and valuations. Guide clients through property viewings, provide detailed project information, and facilitate negotiations to close deals. Coordination with Channel partners

Skills



Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong market knowledge and understanding of the luxury segment High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach

Candidate Profile



We are looking for a female candidate for luxury sales in Real state. She will be taking care of all our ongoing projects. Must have good communication and interpersonal & presentation skills Must have prior experience in Real estate company.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
