Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our team in Khajaguda. The ideal candidate will have a flair for luxury sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interiors and furniture design.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with a warm, personalized approach. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable luxury furniture pieces. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, inventory, and pricing. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service. Coordinate with the design and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury home or lifestyle products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Ability to work on weekends and holidays, as per retail operations. Professional appearance and demeanor.
