Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the premium residential and corporate furniture markets.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
Sales Execution:
Present and sell customised luxury furniture solutions tailored to client needs.
Factory Coordination:
Travel regularly to the factory to understand production capabilities, finishes, and processes, ensuring accurate communication with clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on luxury furniture trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Project Coordination:
Work with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and provide regular reports to management.
After-Sales Service:
Ensure client satisfaction post-delivery and generate referrals for repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.
Experience:
4-7 years of proven sales experience in
luxury furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products
Skills & Competencies:
Strong network with HNIs, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into customised furniture solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and factory visits.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
