Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and construction sites to promote lift and elevator solutions
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed orders
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution till handover
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Marketing Executive / Sales Executive
(preferably in lift, elevator, or construction industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
