Job Summary

We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator with technical knowledge of LED lighting products

to support the sales team. The role involves client coordination, order follow-ups, and internal liaison with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients regarding product details, quotations, and order status Provide basic technical support and product information related to LED lighting Follow up with clients for inquiries, approvals, and order confirmations Liaise internally with production, dispatch, accounts, and service teams Prepare and track sales orders, delivery schedules, and documentation Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases Support sales team in achieving targets through timely coordination
Required Skills & Competencies

Basic technical understanding of LED lighting products Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP/CRM is a plus) Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in LED lighting or related industry preferred
