Sales Executive - Lead Sales



Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to convert

company-generated leads

into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining the value of the leads, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact and follow up with potential clients using the

leads generated by the company

. Present and promote the benefits of purchasing verified and high-quality leads. Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable lead packages or subscription plans. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat sales and referrals. Handle client queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth. Record and update all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Coordinate with marketing and data teams to share client feedback and improve lead quality.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

.

1-3 years

of experience in

sales, telesales, or business development

(experience in lead selling, real estate, or digital marketing preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in

selling leads, data packages, or marketing solutions

. Exposure to industries like

real estate, finance, education, or digital services

. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
