Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Executive Lead
with a strong background in the
EdTech industry (minimum 2 years)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments by guiding potential learners and their families through the course selection and decision-making process. This role requires an individual who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping others transform their careers through quality education.
You will play a key role in promoting the unique Cloudblitz teaching methodology and ensuring a high-quality engagement and counseling experience throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
Initiate Outreach:
Proactively reach out to potential learners including working professionals, fresh graduates, and their guardians through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Scheduling Meetings:
Arrange and conduct one-on-one sessions at our center to understand customer needs and explain program offerings.
Engagement:
Build rapport with prospects, establishing trust and credibility to drive enrollment decisions.
2.
Program Counseling & Presentation
Course Advisory:
Clearly explain the details, structure, and career outcomes of various Cloudblitz programs aligned with current industry demands.
Benefit Mapping:
Help prospects understand how our programs enhance employability and career growth, personalizing the value proposition.
3.
Mentorship & Support
Ongoing Guidance:
Serve as a mentor throughout the learner's journey, offering support from inquiry to post-enrollment.
Resolve Queries:
Address all academic and operational queries from students and their families in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
4.
Sales Strategy & Conversion
Hybrid Sales Execution:
Use a mix of inside-sales and direct-sales techniques to maximize conversions and reach.
Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and close enrollments.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and engagement KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
BBA/MBA Graduate.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of sales/counseling experience in the EdTech industry
is mandatory.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Sales Acumen:
Proven ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Professionalism:
High level of self-motivation, integrity, and work ethic.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
