We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our range of
Diode, Fiber, MOPA, and CO? laser machines
. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and achieving monthly sales targets. Experience in industrial machinery, fabrication tools, or laser equipment sales is highly preferred.
les & Business Development
Generate leads through calls, social media, field visits, exhibitions, and B2B platforms (TradeIndia, IndiaMART, etc.).
Identify potential customers across industries like fabrication, signage, gifting, jewelry, metal marking, woodworking, customization, etc.
Follow up with prospects, convert inquiries into orders, and achieve sales targets.
Product Presentation & Demonstration
Explain features, advantages, and applications of
Diode, Fiber, MOPA, and CO? laser machines
.
Conduct physical or virtual product demos along with the technical team.
Provide sample marking/cutting explanations for customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Maintain regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Resolve pre- and post-sales queries in coordination with the service team.
Quotation & Commercial Handling
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and installation.
Market Research & Strategy
Understand customer requirements and market trends in laser industry.
Track competitor pricing, new models, and customer buying patterns.
Suggest new opportunities, markets, and strategies to management.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM entries, sales reports, follow-up logs, and pipeline status.
Submit weekly and monthly performance updates to management.
(training will be provided).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple and clear language.
Comfortable with field visits, travel, and meeting clients.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / Engineering
preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
