Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Language learning and training platform. The role involves handling daily leads, contacting prospects through calls/emails/WhatsApp, explaining course details, converting them into enrolment and bringing revenue into the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Work on assigned daily leads through calling, emailing, and WhatsApp. Explain Language Learning courses, fee structures, and schedules to potential students. Follow up with prospects until enrollment is completed. Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets. Update google sheet lead tracker with call logs and follow-up details. Submit daily and weekly sales reports. Coordinate demo classes or counselling sessions for interested students. Sales Executive - Language Learning Programs Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with students.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (education sector preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English Ability to handle high volumes of calls and follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge and strong familiarity with Google sheet/excel. Target-driven, disciplined, dedicated and self-motivated.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in the Language Learning industry OR overseas education OR test-preparation industry. Preferably an American accent Business Email etiquette Bachelor's degree in any field. Knowledge of Language Learning exam patterns.

6 pm to 11 pm IST
