We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Duties
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach
Manage and update client information using Salesforce and other CRM software tools
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Develop customised proposals to meet client needs and close sales deals
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry sector
Experience with telemarketing and lead generation techniques
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software platforms
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management
