Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their design preferences, and recommend suitable interior products or solutions.
Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, budget, timelines, and design expectations.
Maintain updated knowledge of interior products such as furniture, modular kitchens, decor items, lighting, and finishes.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of client orders.
Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in interior sales, modular furniture, decor, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read floor plans or design layouts (an advantage).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
