Job Description

we are hiring Sales Executive, is responsible for generating showroom and field sales, assisting customers in selecting vehicles, explaining features and finance options, and ensuring an excellent overall buying experience. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Handling

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Showcase cars, explain features, specifications, variants, and pricing. Provide test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance. Offer product comparisons to help customers make informed decisions. Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company policies.

2. Lead Management

Follow up with walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries. Maintain daily records of leads and track conversions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

3. Documentation & Delivery

Assist customers with booking forms, finance, insurance, and registration procedures. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for approvals. Ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery with full documentation.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on all vehicle models, features, variants, prices, and competitor products. Participate in product training and refreshers.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with the sales manager, showroom team, and backend staff.
