We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage field-based outreach and student acquisition across Kerala. The role includes visiting institutions, conducting student sessions, participating in events, engaging with local communities, and generating consistent leads for the sales team. Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned routes
Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community contacts
Collect accurate student/parent details and update the CRM regularly
Support offline branding activities such as posters, brochures, and standees
Develop and manage local agent networks and community-based lead channels
Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and field activities
Participate in education fairs, expos, campus programs, and public events
Identify new partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
Review event performance based on leads and conversions
Coordinate with the Sales and Counseling team for follow-up on leads
Drive walk-ins to learning centers through field efforts
Maintain daily logs of visits, events, and collected leads
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports
Work with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
0-3 years of experience in sales, fieldwork, or BTL activities
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage field travel, events, and outreach activities independently
Comfortable with extensive travel and meeting monthly targets
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
A self-introduction video is mandatory for application
