The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of vehicles, achieving monthly targets, building customer relationships, and delivering an excellent showroom experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Sales
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Provide accurate quotations and assist customers with the buying process.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain follow-up with potential and existing customers to convert leads.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
3. Documentation & Coordination
Manage all sales documents such as booking forms, finance papers, insurance, and registration.
Coordinate with the finance team, insurance providers, and RTO agents.
Update sales records and customer data in the CRM system.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated about vehicle models, variants, prices, features, and competitive products.
Explain new technologies, safety features, warranty, and maintenance plans to customers.
5. Promotional Activities
Participate in roadshows, campaigns, customer meets, and showroom events.
Support marketing activities to generate enquiries
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
