The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Ather's range of electric scooters, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving dealership sales targets. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, explaining vehicle features, and ensuring smooth sales closure and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Ather models.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options in detail.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the dealership.
Maintain and update customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with the delivery and finance teams for smooth vehicle handover.
Stay updated on Ather product features, technological updates, and competitors' offerings.
Handle post-sale customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in automobile (preferably two-wheeler or EV) sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for automobiles and customer service.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Work Schedule:
6 days a week (Weekday off )
Timings: 9.00am -6.00pm
