The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our interior design services to residential and commercial clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand client needs and present customized interior design solutions.
Work closely with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design innovations.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Degree , Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales, preferably within the
interior design, architecture, real estate,
sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of design terminology and interior design processes is an advantage.
